The Management Committee employs a professional staff team, led by our Chief Executive Adele Fraser, to undertake the day-to-day running of the Association. Linstone has 40 full and part-time staff delivering a range of services to our tenants, residents and housing applicants, both from our main office and in our communities.
Senior Management Team
Adele Fraser, Chief Executive Adele joined Linstone as the Chief Executive in 2008 and is responsible for the overall management of the association including setting the association’s strategy, working closely with the board and senior management team to ensure the association delivers its objectives and meets its regulatory requirements. Adele is a fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIHCM) and has over 25 years housing experience in a range of sectors including government agencies, local authorities and housing associations. Adele has a Master of Arts degree, a post-graduate diploma in Housing Studies and also a post-graduate certificate in Public Service Management. Meet Adele Fraser
Lesley-Anne Junner, Director of Finance and Corporate Services Lesley Anne joins Linstone from the SFHA where she was part of the Executive Team in her role of Head of Finance and Corporate Services. As a qualified Chartered Accountant, she brings with her 20 years of financial and management expertise in both the private sector and third sector. As well as experience gained at SFHA, Lesley-Anne has extensive third sector experience in finance, governance and strategic development from her time at Scottish Charity Neighbourhood Networks and private sector experience from nine years with KPMG Audit. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
David Adam, Director of Housing and Property Services David has over 25 years experience in the building industry, working in the private sector, local authorities and housing associations in quality control, planned maintenance and lecturing. David is responsible for the maintenance programmes and housing management within his role. David has an HNC in Building Supervision and a NEBOSH qualification in Health & Safety. Meet David Adam
