Linstone has been inspected by the Care Inspectorate regarding our sheltered housing at Newton Street and Glen Street in Paisley,  and Farrier Court in Johnstone. The report has been published and is available via the link below.

The report points to the Very Good quality of support that we provide to our sheltered tenants. Some of the tenants’ comments are included in the report including “I feel supported and secure”, “The wardens are a great help, they are helpful and caring, nothing is a problem” and “I feel safe here, nothing is a problem.”

The quality of staffing in the sheltered housing was said to be Good.

Adele Fraser, Linstone’s Chief Executive said “ We were pleased about the overall report, however we will ensure that any recommendations to improve the management and leadership aspects (which were assessed as Adequate) of the service are carried out. We aim to meet the standards set out by the Care Inspectorate and plan some changes and improvements to ensure that, for example, the paperwork for tenants is improved to become more accountable to their needs
