Linstone is committed to providing the very highest level of service to all customers.

Our Customer Care Policy specifically details the service delivery which you can expect from every member of Linstone’s staff.

We aim to:

- Define clearly the standards which we will employ to achieve these aims.
- Ensure equal access to our services for all customers.
- Provide all customers with good access to Linstone particularly in terms of information.
- Ensure that staff are highly trained and have devolved responsibility to make decisions.
- Operate with integrity in an open and honest way.

We have set ourselves a number of standards to ensure that we meet these aims and objectives. These relate mainly to how we will deal with customers in their home; in the office; on the telephone and when we receive written correspondence.
