Our Houses » Mutual Exchange This is an arrangement whereby two or more tenants agree to “swap” houses on a permanent basis. As a Linstone tenant you could look to exchange with someone whose house is owned by: - • Linstone For approval to be given, the properties must be being suitably sized for the families involved (no overcrowding or significant under occupation, i.e. no more than 1 spare bedroom), all rent accounts kept clear, and all tenancies conducted in a satisfactory manner. If You Have Identified a Mutual Exchange Partner Application forms are available from our Linwood office (tel no 01505 382383). Linstone will process any completed applications within 28 days of receiving them. YOU MUST NOT EXCHANGE UNTIL ALL TENANTS HAVE RECEIVED PERMISSION FROM THEIR OWN LANDLORD. |
