The Annual Management Charge for factored owners will be increased by stages each year as follows: June 2003 £85 June 2004 £95 June 2005 £105 June 2006 £105
An annual charge is levied on each non-factored property within the Association’s Estates. The charge is higher for those estates where the Association organises landscape maintenance work. (NB: Factored owners are those in flatted accommodation which was first purchased after June 1988. They will be charged a higher level Management Fee in line with the Factoring Conditions). The Factoring Officer carries out regular reviews of any debt being carried
by owners. Owners are given 28 days to clear their account, once an invoice
is issued, However, if you are an owner and have difficulty clearing the debt
in that timescale, you should contact Charlotte Bonner, the Association’s Factoring
Officer to agree a mutually acceptable re-payment plan.
The Association does have powers to pursue owners for their debts and has a robust system in place which , in extreme case, leads to legal action being taken against owners. If you have any difficulty making full payment or keeping up repayment arrangement, it is in your interest to contact the office to discuss matters with the Factoring Officer.
