Making Online Payments -  Pay with with Alliance & Leicester - www.billpayment.co.uk

Our website gives tenants and owners the opportunity to make payments into their account over the Internet.

Before you make a payment over the internet you must have the following:

  • A current Visa, Visa Electron, Solo,  Switch or Maestro
  • A current or former Linstone account number - either for a tenant or an owner account. This account number will be between 5 and 8 numbers. You will find this on any statement or most letters we issue to you. You will be asked to input this number as part of the bill paying process.
  • A unique ID and user number. You will be issued with this number when you first use the Alliance & Leicester Billpay facility. This number should be kept safe.

    IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • If you pay over the Internet the payment should normally be credited to your account after four days.
  • Apart from the normal costs of using the Internet there are no hidden transaction costs to either the tenant or owner. Linstone pays the transaction cost.

  • At our rent counter in our office (Cheques and cards only, no cash accepted)
  • By telephone
  • At the Post Office
  • Tenants Direct Debit Mandate (180KB PDF)
  • ADOBE Owners Direct Debit Mandate (180KB PDF)

    We accept payment by:

  • Cash (only at Post Office with Post Office Giros issued by Linstone Office)
