Despite our efforts to ensure that tenants pay their rent, problems with rent arrears will occur. When a tenant moves out of their home but leave behind some unpaid rent this is known as Former Tenant Arrears. Although the tenant is no longer resident, staff will still try to recover the monies due. The level of debt outstanding for former tenants as at 31/03/06 is detailed in the report below.
