We have four separate departments under the overall direction of our Chief Executive, Adele Fraser.

Gary Dalziel

This department is responsible for providing the front line contact for customers telephoning or calling at the office in person.

The Customer Service Team's main functions involve taking all payments from tenants and residents, processing housing application forms, and general advice. The intention is that by one team dealing with the majority of enquiries the Association receives, it should minimise the requirement to pass you onto another staff member.

As well as managing the Customer Service Team the Director of Corporate Services is responsible for a wide range of organisational functions including IT, day to day human resources, Health and Safety, Wider Role, Tenant Participation Strategy, Membership of the Association, Customer Care and Satisfaction, Marketing and Public Relations.
