Housing Manager
EVH Grade 9 SM5 – 7 (£40,355-£42,450)

Linstone Housing Association is seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and dynamic individual who will be responsible for providing a high quality housing and estate management service to our tenants and customers.  We are offering a challenging, varied and interesting post with an excellent salary and conditions of service.

Based in Renfrewshire, Linstone was established in 1998 and manages over 2,000 properties, providing affordable rented and supported housing.

Reporting to the Director of Housing and Property Services the post holder will be responsible for a team of staff dealing with all aspects of the Association’s Allocations, Estate Management and Housing Support functions. Furthermore this role will take responsibility for managing the association’s frontline Customer Contact service to ensure a high quality service is delivered to our tenants and customers

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate:

• Extensive direct housing management experience
• Proven effective staff management experience
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record in delivering successful outcomes using innovative solutions
• Full Corporate membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of Housing Management policy, Business Strategy and Social Rented Housing.
